We found the ‘Best Book In Town’ to be the most familiar and relevant product for our church youth group to sell as a fundraiser. When we sold the books our second year, people were ready for them, and then before we kicked off our 3rd year, people started asking us “When are you going to sell the coupon books again?” As we conclude our 4th year, I can say that this product is the easiest to manage and track for the coordinator and parents. We still sell items that require writing down names and placing orders, but with Best Books, you distribute them to the kids, and they take care of everything in one customer exchange. With minimal upfront costs and no ‘must-sell commitment,’ we found Best Books’ the easiest product to sell and coordinate. Timing is so critical and even when we exceeded expectations and didn’t have enough on hand, Best Fundraisers had ample inventory in stock for us to get more so we didn’t lose any sales. I can’t say enough good things about how convenient and flexible the staff is to work with. The Best Book in Town is a staple fundraiser for our group year after year.

We have used the BEST BOOK IN TOWN as a fundraiser in Memphis for over a decade. It has been a popular and inexpensive gift to our golfers in our annual Golf benefit event. The BBIT provides great discounts for many different venues of enjoyment and recreation in the Memphis area (Sports, Concerts, etc. and not just restaurants) Speaking of restaurants, people receive discounts from many of our most expensive to casual dining experiences. Hundreds of individuals have purchased the coupon book through the years for their families to enjoy. We especially appreciate the wonderful way in which the Best Fundraisers staff provides such excellent service in providing everything that is needed in order to have a successful fundraising year. We have used this fund raiser for over eight years, and even though some of our volunteers retire from their jobs, or move from one job to another, they are still able to make the sale. Out of all of our fund raisers, this one is near the top. We even have supporters who ask for the books before we start our sales. Just one or two uses of the book pays for itself, and that is one of its positive features. The key to help people use the book is to tell them to keep it in their automobiles. And if they use it, they can't do without it and they want the next book as soon as it comes out.
